Aid Alliance Hong Kong · Every Beat Counts
Empowering Our Community
We teach first aid and chronic-disease awareness to Hong Kong’s ethnic minority communities, in their own languages, so the person standing next to an emergency knows what to do.
Saving a life shouldn’t depend on the language you speak.
your gift, in somebody’s hands
Hands-on CPR practice, the heart of every workshop.
Try it yourself
Can you keep a life’s tempo?
Good chest compressions land 100 to 120 times a minute. Tap the heart in time with the pulsing ring and see how close you get. In our workshops, everyone practises this on a mannequin.
--taps / min
Tap four times to start. Target: 110.

Founder · Aid Alliance Hong Kong
From our Founder
I will never forget the morning a family member was struggling to breathe because of a medical emergency. I was frightened, and I didn’t know what to do. Thankfully, she recovered quickly, but I kept thinking about the families in our community who face moments like this without the knowledge, the confidence, or the language support to act quickly.
That is why I started Aid Alliance Hong Kong. We run free, hands-on workshops that teach people to recognize warning signs, respond in a first aid emergency, and know when to call for help, so no family has to feel helpless when it matters most.
Your support helps us reach more families, translate more materials, and train more community members. Every donation helps turn fear into confidence.
Thank you for standing with us.
